I just joined this site and it's similar to Lockerz, yet different at the same time. You answer polls, share your favorite trends, and vote on other people's trends to earn points. You can also get accepted into "Campaign Opportunities" to receive even more points. At the moment, points can be redeemed for PayPal. It looks like they may offer other rewards in the future, but I'm not positive.

Tip #1: Submit a Trend to RepNation
Submitting a trend to RepNation is a quick and easy way to earn points for sharing your interests with the community. If your trend is accepted, you’ll get +50 RepRewards and +10 Reputation points. If 25 other Reps agree with your trend you will earn +50 more.

Tip #2: Submit Your Stats
Submitting monthly updates of your top 5 favorite movies, music, fashions, products, tv shows, and websites will earn you +20 RepRewards, +5 Reputation points and fuel the Current Stats displayed on the site.

Tip #3: Answering Polls
Answering a community poll questions will earn you +2 Reputation points and is the quickest way to boost your reputation.

Tip #4: Fill Out A Profile Survey
You may have filled out your entire profile when you signed up for RepNation, but for those of you who didn’t this is a great way to earn more points and boost your RepNation status up to new levels! Filling out a profile survey will earn you +5 RepRewards and +5 Reputation points.

Tip #5: Join a Task Force
Joining a task force allows you to promote some of your favorite products online at your convenience while also earning incentives and extra points in RepNation.

It's a new month, so make sure you login and do the monthly things:

Submit Monthly Stats = 20 RepRewards & 5 Reputation Points
Submit A Trend = 50 RepRewards & 10 Reputation Points (You should be doing this everyday, as this is how you'll gain most of your RepRewards.)
Make sure all of your profile surveys are filled out and up to date = 5 RepRewards & 5 Reputation Points (each)
Answer Polls and Rate Trends (everyday) = Reputation Points

Also, they listed a new campaign called "ReadyU Campus Ambassador Spring 2010". Check that out if you'll be in college this spring and want to be rewarded.
