There is this brand new GPT called Gifts4Points.It is very similiar to points2shop.
Here's how things are working...

You get 100 points when you sign up, 150 when you complete your first offer. 100 points = $1
Refs:
25 cents on email confirm, another 25 cents on first offer completion
15% first tier, 3% second, 2% third

User profiles:
They are working on Them.

Prizes:
They currently have Amazons,Microsoft Points,Wii Points,Xbox Live and Ultimate Gamer Cards.They are still going to add more prizes though.

Contests:
Refs--> Top 5 get cash prizes in this order...$25, $20, $15, $10, $5
